Shipping your order
Orders ship within 48 hours. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination.
Available delivery options and the final order total are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Confirmation & tracking
After placing your order, look for your UreaRX order confirmation by email. Tracking information follows in a separate shipping email when your order ships.
If you cannot find an email, check your spam folder or contact sales@urearx.com with your order number.
Returns
Only unopened canisters are eligible for return.
To request a return, email sales@urearx.com. Include your order number and let us know which unopened canister or canisters you would like to return.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
A problem with your delivery?
If your order arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you have another delivery concern, email sales@urearx.com with your order number and a brief description. For visible damage, include a photo of the package and product.
